Mass F.I.T.

Over the past 18 years I’ve worked at every large box gym and commercial fitness facility. I’ve watched year after year, this industry plague people with misinformation. I call it institutional inbreeding. There’s a more streamlined way of getting things done! By following a linear progression to success backed by science and evidence based training there is a strategic game plan creating nothing but reached goals. We have nothing in common with our competitors, from debilitating lower back pain to competitive lifting, we are in a class by itself. There is no gym that has this level of experience and forward thinking!
