Freeze/Cancel Memberhip

Cancelation policy:

10 days notice before the 1st of the month to cancel membership, or membership will be auto charged on the 1st

Do not call/Text to cancel membership.

Please fill out the form on this page at least 10 days before the 1st of the month. You must fill out the form to cancel your membershiop.

Membership freeze Policy:

Membership can only be frozen for 3 months and then will automatically be billed on the 4th month.
