Mass F.I.T. Online Coaching (Monthly)

Mass Fit offers individualized online coaching! We customize programs to fit your fitness needs and desired goals. You will be able to train anywhere and receive coaching from Mass Fit. Also, as an added bonus you will have free 24/7 access to our gym facility located in Philadelphia, PA.

We will schedule an assessment, either in-person or via video call. We will assess your performance in a series of movements, ie. squat, deadlift, bench press, etc, find range of motion on transverse and lateral movements, and calculate your rate of perceived exertion. You will then receive a fully customized program within 3 days.

You will begin strength training on your own while also sending videos of your workout, 3 days per week. We will review your videos and give you coaching/feedback using a linear progressive model.
